  • Counsellor

    Michelle Cuneo is a skilled and compassionate counsellor who helps clients face life’s challenges with clarity, confidence, and purpose. With a master’s degree in communication, postgraduate qualifications in counselling, and over 15 years of experience supporting individuals in disability and community services, Michelle brings academic excellence and practical expertise to her private practice.

    Her work with people from diverse backgrounds has shaped her ability to offer tailored, respectful care, grounded in empathy and understanding. As a counsellor registered with the Australian Counsellors Association, Michelle uses a person-centered, trauma-informed approach that incorporates evidence-based therapies to support her clients’ unique needs.

    Known for her warm, insightful approach, Michelle empowers clients to uncover strengths, build resilience, and develop meaningful solutions. Whether seeking clarity, guidance, or practical tools for growth, Michelle provides a safe, supportive space for transformative conversations.

  • Counsellor

    Simon Rowe is an Australian-born, Japanese monastery-trained Monk, of the Rinzai Zen Buddhist lineage. He has lived, trained and taught meditation in Buddhist Monasteries and communities in Japan, India, the USA, Europe and now Australia.

    Simon is a passionate and skilled counsellor using a combination of modern psychological theory and ancient Zen techniques. Simon will provide a place for you to talk, sit and be centred. A place to find your own path.

    Specialising in: Spiritual & Personal Crisis, Grief & Loss, Death & Dying, Relationships & Family, Men’s and Adolescent Health. He is LGBTQIA+ and Neuro-spice friendly.

    Sessions can be conducted in-person or online.

Concession Holders: $85 per session
Non-Concession Holders: $100 per session
*No referral or mental health plan required.
