“When we as humans experience trauma, life stressors, neurocognitive or developmental challenges, it is not uncommon for us to struggle. I am passionate about promoting a safe, trusting, non-judgemental, and collaborative environment to lay the groundwork for client psychological growth. When we can better connect to ourselves, our needs and resources this can positively influence our decision making, personal wellbeing, circumstances and others within our spheres of influence.”
